Abstract

Family courts are considered one of the courts that specialize in dealing with conflicts that occur within family which are related to a personal status issue, as for its formation, it consists of two Judicial elements, the first: represented by the body of Family Court, which consists of three judges, one of whom should be   the president of the Court of First Instance, and the Appellate Body, which consists of three advisors, which has jurisdiction over consideration In the appeals and decisions issued by the family courts. the second judicial element is represented from psychological and social experts who were required by law to be present in some cases in front of  Family Courts, and  he was also authorized for family courts its appeals organization are permitted to seek their assistance whenever it sees necessary, provided that one of them is a woman.

And it shall be for the public prosecution a prominent role in this court during obligating the law to establish a body specialized in family affairs within the center of each court,  for carry its functions legally authorized by the Public Prosecution , as for rulings and the decisions issued by the appellate body,  the law did not allow them to be appealed through cassation with the exception of the Public Prosecutor, he may do so, but their implementation is characterized by speed due to the presence of a specialized body executing the judgments and decisions issued by them, and consist of qualified, trained and experienced execution  experience persons in order to give everyone his right in the shortest
