Characteristics of Doctrines Phonetics and Phoneme in the Kurdish Language

The study entitled (curriculum properties phonetic and phonological for ABC in the Kurdish Language) aims at to indicating the extent and clarity of the characteristics of curriculum mentioned and on the basis of either of them determines alphabet in the Kurdish Language.
It has found during the study that according to descriptive method in the analysis, the presence of two approaches mentioned in the Kurdish alphabet Properties. The fact that the Kurdish Languages like other Languages subject to change, but phoneme approach prevails and on the basis of this approach and determines alphabet in the Kurdish Language because it is the nature of phonemic Language, so we have to believe in change and we try as much as possible to maintain the economic principles by reducing the number of letters in the alphabet Kurdish, at the end of the research the most important findings of the study has been presented
