This research aims to identify the contribution of customer relationship management in activating strategic performance. The problem of research is that there is no complete conception of the concept of customer relationship management and not realizing its importance in enhancing strategic performance. The researchers relied on the CRM test as an independent variable and strategic performance as a supported variable. Two basic research hypotheses were formulated: 1. There is a significant positive correlation between customer relationship management as a total independent variable and strategic performance as a total dependent variable. 2. There is a significant relationship to customer relationship management as a total independent variable in strategic performance as a total approved variable. The research relied on the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting field data, using a number of statistical methods in data analysis. The main findings of the research were the understanding of the respondents' perceptions of the CRM concept and the strategic performance, but they lack clear understanding. It is concluded from the statistical analysis that there is a strong correlation and influence between CRM and strategic performance. In light of these conclusions, the study described a number of proposals that serve the field in question. Perhaps the most important is the need to increase the focus of the banks' administrations on the value of the customer as it has emerged as a strong influence factor in all hypotheses and this is evidence of the importance of this element as a source of profit.
