Real estate cooperative investment contract

The study dealt with a legal procedure that can be followed to attract foreign investors for the investment in Iraq. This legal procedure would prevent the state from offering administrative facilitating or offering expensive legal concessions.
This legal procedure includes utilizing administrative contracts with local investors who lack the sufficient capitals to implement a real estate projects that are able to build housing units. Instead. local investors have small capitals. Therefore, housing units projects can be achieved by unifying capitals.
This policy would lead to achieve several results, including creating job opportunities, and offering some facilitations to small capitals that are often employed in small projects and are subject to the loss. On the other hand, this would lead to create local job opportunities and reducing unemployment,
Therefore, the study was divided into two sections. In the first one, we dealt with the general framework for real estate cooperative investment. However, its legal provisions were investigated in the second section
We concluded the study with the most important results and recommendations.

- Reservation of Rights
