This leads to the development of high, deep, and profound foundations in the children’s thoughts and imagination, which helps to grow their health in the areas of thoughts, mental, social, educational, moral, linguistic, religious, and cultural development. picture story refers to the creation of words and images that describe an event, a dramatic subject, or a thought. This type of story includes both word texts and image texts, in both panel ways, taking conversations in square or rectangle shapes and circle shapes, which are used to refer to character speeches and expression. There are two primary categories of these stories; the first relies more on images than on language, with the result that the image dominates the meaning and intent of the story. This form of content allows for the absence of writing because an image can convey ideas more effectively than words. The other form, which is the one this study has depended on, combines texts and images to accurately explain the plot’s objectives and major events. Indeed, the way in which the story presents and holds the basis of art and to which degree it suits with the purpose and the means addressed in the story, demonstrates a critical role in children’s art generally and children’s picture stories particularly.</p>}, number={2}, journal={Academic Journal of Nawroz University}, author={Jameel Khalil, Rejeen and Hasan Mohammed, Hamdya}, year={2023}, month={May}, pages={290–304} }
