There are many types of them. The Kurds also use some of these types, most of them are ancient proverbs. Many writers have tried to collect them and some have tried to interpret them. The struggle has been very extensive, but one question remains unanswered: Why is there no fully organized and accepted culture? This study will try to answer that. The efforts made to preserve and record them have not diminished, more attention has been paid to all other aspects of folklore, but none of these efforts have been able to reach the level that includes all the proverbs of the ancients The main thing is that - according to this Research - that, so far the writers who have undertaken this service have not been able to distinguish the type of proverb from other types of sayings (Adages); There is still a mixture between these types such as; Aphorism, Maxim, Epigram, Idiom, Sarcasm and Proverb. Three types of problems arise in this interaction: At the academic level, scientific problems arise for researchers. At the genetic level, their users are culturally deprived. At the level of intellectual property, the rights of some authors are also violated. There is a common knot at all three levels. This research will try to open that knot.</p>}, number={2}, journal={Academic Journal of Nawroz University}, author={Qarani, Ahmed M.O.}, year={2018}, month={Jun.}, pages={234–244} }
