Each tool consisted of (20) paragraphs, and each paragraph had three alternatives. Validity and reliability were also performed on them as the coefficient of consistency of the reward tool reached (0.83) while the coefficient of consistency was (0.81). ) To extract the results of the research, the weighted mean, the Pearson correlation coefficient and the T-test were used. The most prominent results of the research are that teachers in kindergarten deal positively with children and appropriate methods of reward are used with children, represented by smiling, hugging and kissing. The results also showed that teachers refrain from using punishment against children except In cases of necessity, such as cases of theft and lying, and the punishment included reprimanding, rebuking and alerting, this is an educational method that helps in modifying and improving the behavior of children, as the results showed There is a clear link between reward and punishment, and one of the most prominent conclusions of the research is that the use of reward and punishment teaches the child to take responsibility and to think about the consequences of his actions and behavior.
