It takes into account the interests of the countries or the goals it seeks to achieve, and since that is the case, the matter requires that the party in charge of this process be very knowledgeable about the details of the laws as well as their linguistic ability. It is worth noting in this regard that the process of auditing or reviewing is not limited to legislation issued by the legislative authority only, but also includes secondary legislation, and this last type is intended for those legislation that is issued by the executive authority and is not independent in itself, but rather follows the law that comes To implement it, it does not exceed its main mission or goal, which is the implementation of the law, as these secondary legislations are subject to several authorities.</p> ER -
