This is for the use of lethal weapons, which inflicted great material and human losses, which prompted the international community to seek appropriate solutions to such crimes and not allow their recurrence and elimination, due to the expansion of the scope of this crime in the modern era, such as the extermination of the Kurdish people by the Iraqi government in 1988, as well as the extermination of the Kurdish people by the Iraqi government in 1988.
