PY - 2019/06/01 Y2 - 2024/03/29 TI - Strategic Intelligence and its impact on Achieving the Competitive Advantage (Service Quality) An exploratory study in Telecommunication Companies in Jordan JF - Academic Journal of Nawroz University JA - ACAD J NAWROZ UNIV VL - 8 IS - 2 SE - Articles DO - 10.25007/ajnu.v8n2a357 UR - https://journals.nawroz.edu.krd/index.php/ajnu/article/view/357 SP - 45-59 AB - <p>This study aimed to investigate the impact of strategic intelligence for managers through (foresight, visioning and motivating) in achieving competitive advantage in telecommunication companies in Jordan.</p><p>To achieve that, the researcher designed questionnaire included (30) items، to gather preliminary information from the study sample، which consisted of (74) members of staff at the top and middle management&nbsp; levels in telecommunication companies in Jordan، also has been collecting and analyzing data and testing hypotheses using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS).</p><p>Several statistical methods have been used to achieve the objectives of this study such as: (Cronbach Alpha) coefficient means averages and standard deviations. The study found a number of results, most notably:</p><ol><li class="show">There was statistical significant effect of strategic intelligence (foresight، visioning، motivating) to achieve competitive advantage ( quality of service) in telecommunication companies in Jordan at the level of significance (a£05 ).</li></ol> ER -
