Heavenly and positivist laws prohibited coercion or any illegal means to elicit confession from the accused.<br>In this study, the researcher deals with these means that lose the will as a means of coercion or the use of narcotic drugs and intoxicants to extract confession.<br>The research included a set of findings of the researcher and the research included several recommendations or suggestions.</p> ER -
