The organizations, nowadays, are living in the era of knowledge-based economy and information, which depends on speed, imagination, flexibility, innovation, and Innovation . Innovation can support any organization in its uniquity from other organizations . So much caring about administrative Innovation elements and using them in the scope of the organization's work can increase and improve the level of the organizational performance and this is due to the individuals' Innovation who are working in the organization. An analytical descriptive method was used in order to test a sample consisting of (42) individuals of those working in the organization under study . A questionnaire was the main tool in collecting data in order to measure the main research dimensions and to identify the effect and connections among these dimensions to achieve the desired goals . The statistical methods were used to process data and to get the research results by using the statistical programme (SPSS) . The research had a number of conclusions , the most important of which was the tendency of the working individuals , in the organizations under study , to produce creative ideas in an attempt to find new ways to perform their job , and in a desire to solve the problems which face them creatively . The most important suggestions that the research found out were the necessity to establish an incubator administration for Innovation , and to secure a working environment , which motivates the working individuals , that allows a freedom of opinion , self development and making suggestions , and adopting the principle of individuals participation in the process of making decisions which they influence or are influenced by its results.</p> ER -
