TY - JOUR AU - Tamar Sadiq, Siyar PY - 2021/12/25 Y2 - 2024/03/28 TI - The extent of applying knowledge management requirements in university teaching from a teaching point of view, Duhok University (a comparative analytical study) JF - Academic Journal of Nawroz University JA - ACAD J NAWROZ UNIV VL - 10 IS - 4 SE - Articles DO - 10.25007/ajnu.v10n4a720 UR - https://journals.nawroz.edu.krd/index.php/ajnu/article/view/720 SP - 132-145 AB - <p>The current research aims to know the extent of applying knowledge management requirements in university teaching from the point of view of lecturers in Duhon university, the researcher relied in carrying out his research on the comparative descriptive analytical approach, and he chose a random sample from the teaching staff at the University of Duhok, as it reached (197) lecturers from colleges (Engineering, Science, Agriculture, Basic Education, Humanities, and Languages) with (97) lecturers from scientific colleges and (100) lecturers from human colleges, and to achieve the goals, the researcher prepared a tool for applying knowledge management, which was formed in its final form from (67) Items, distributed to four fields are: (the importance of knowledge management, acquisition of knowledge management, storage and retrieval of knowledge, methods of applying knowledge management), and after data collection and statistical analysis using the Pearson correlation coefficient, mean arithmetic, standard deviation, and T-test for two independent samples that arrive the following results :</p><p>1- The percentage of the questionnaire parts as a whole for the four fields of the research sample in the scientific colleges was (66.474%), which is an average percentage.</p><p>2- The questionnaire items as a whole for the four fields of the research sample in human colleges reached (68.314%), which is an average percentage.</p><p>3- There are statistically significant differences between the two viewpoints of the teaching staff in the scientific and human colleges and for the benefit of the members of the sample of humanistic professors in the first field (the importance of knowledge management).</p><p>4 - There are statistically significant differences between the two viewpoints of the teaching staff in the scientific and humanitarian colleges and for the benefit of the members of the sample of humanistic professors in the second field (acquisition of knowledge management).</p><p>5- There are statistically significant differences between the two viewpoints of the teaching staff in the scientific and human colleges and for the benefit of the members of the sample of humanistic professors in the third field (storing and retrieving knowledge).</p><p>6- There are no statistically significant differences between the two viewpoints of the teaching staff in the scientific and humanitarian colleges in the fourth field (methods of applying knowledge management). The researcher presented a set of recommendations and proposals related to the subject of the research, which it is hoped to benefit from.</p> ER -
