Which is one of the origins of religion, where he divided the provisions of Islam into four sections: (the statutes, the incest, the limits, the silence), and this is all inclusive of the provisions of religion. The research found through the recent study that the hadith of Abu Tha'labah al-Khushani (may God be pleased with him) that scholars weakened due to the discontinuity in its chain of transmission, and differed in its raising and stopping it on Abu Tha'labah al-Khushani (may God be pleased with him) that this hadith weakens through two valid witnesses to consider The two researchers presented them and thus rise to the level of (Hassan to others), so it can be protested and inferred. The study touched upon the study of the Hadith to explain the importance of the hadith in Islam and the definition of the narration of the great companion Abu Tha'lbah al-Khushani (may God be pleased with him) and explain the body of the hadith with an explanation of the meanings of the strange terms in it, in addition to mentioning the benefits and the prophetic and ideological lessons learned from it. The jurisprudence study also clarified and discussed the two issues of searching for a mandatory ruling because there is no text in it from a book or a year, in addition to the question of forbidding the question of what the street is silent about.</p> ER -
