The impact of autism on the civil obligations of the patient

Abstract

Due to the increase in the number of autism infections among children in Iraq in general and the Kurdistan Region in particular, we decided to shed light on this issue by clarifying the concept of autism and determining its ranks, and explain the causes of the autism, with the aim of identifying Legal provisions for the patient's civil legal obligations. The study found that autism has three ranks, simple autism, moderate autism, and severe autism. Add to that, autism has an effect on some of the civil legal obligations which come from the will.
