ململانێی چینایه‌تی یه‌كێك بووه له‌و ته‌وه‌ره گرینگانه‌ی كه به‌شێك له‌پانتایی ده‌قی رۆمانی كوردییان پێكهێناوه، به‌تایبه‌تیش له قۆناغی پێش راپه‌ڕینی 1991دا، كه تێیدا ململانێیه‌كانی نێوان چین و توێژه‌كانی كۆمه‌ڵگه‌ی كوردی له ده‌قی رۆمانه‌كاندا شه‌ن و كه‌و كراوه‌و ره‌هه‌ند و كاریگه‌رییه‌كانی روون كراوه‌ته‌وه. ئه‌مه‌ش بۆ ئه‌وه ده‌گه‌ڕێته‌وه كه رۆماننووسانی كورد له چوارچێوه‌ی بایه‌خدانیان به په‌یوه‌ندی نیوان ئه‌ده‌ب و كۆمه‌ڵگه و به‌تایبه‌تیش رۆمان و كۆمه‌ڵگه هه‌وڵیانداوه ده‌قی رۆمانه‌كانیان بۆ كێشه‌و گرفته‌كانی مرۆڤی كورد و كۆمه‌ڵگه‌ی كوردی ته‌رخان بكه‌ن و به‌شێك بن له خستنه‌ڕووی كێشه‌كان و چاره‌سه‌ركردنیان. رۆمانی كوردی كۆمه‌ڵگه‌ی گوندنشینی له چوارچێوه‌ی ململانێی نێوان هه‌ر دوو چینی ده‌ره‌به‌گ و چینی هه‌ژار و چه‌وساوه باس كردووه، هه‌روه‌ها ململانێیه چینایه‌تییه‌كانی ناو شاری له هه‌ردوو جۆری ململانێی نێوان چینی بۆرژواو و چینی هه‌ژار و چه‌وساوه‌و هه‌روه‌ها ململانێی نێوان خاوه‌ن كار و كرێكاردا له دوو توێی رووداو ه‌كانیدا خستۆته‌ڕوو. له‌م لێكۆڵینه‌وه‌یه‌دا ململانێی چینایه‌تی له چوارچێوه‌ی ئه‌ده‌ب و له‌ژانرێكی سه‌رده‌میانه‌شیدا كه رۆمانه شیده‌كه‌ینه‌وه، له‌مه‌شدا كۆمه‌ڵێك ده‌قی رۆمانی كوردی به‌نموونه وه‌رگیراوه.
