The current research seeks to identify the level of ethical leadership and its role in achieving organizational creativity in the humanitarian colleges at the University of Dohuk. In order to reach the results expected from the research, we relied on the literature on the subject that dealt with the two variables of the research in building its theoretical framework. A questionnaire form was designed to collect field data, and the final research sample size included (80) male and female teachers in the humanitarian colleges at the University of Dohuk. While statistical analysis of the data was carried out using statistical programming (SPSS), a number of statistical indicators were calculated, which formed the basis for presenting and discussing the results of the field analysis. The research came out with a set of conclusions, including the existence of a positive, statistically significant relationship between ethical leadership and organizational creativity at the overall level and at the dimensional level, and that ethical leadership has a moral effect on organizational creativity. In light of the conclusions, a set of proposals were developed that focused on the need to increase the interest of academic leaders in the humanities colleges at the University of Dohuk in enhancing their level of adoption of ethical leadership qualities, as they are considered one of the determinants of encouraging and developing creative teaching abilities, which ultimately translate into the university’s organizational creativity.
