Mercenary criminal in criminal law

ABSTRACT
There is no doubt that the phenomenon of mercenarism is closely related to international law, where mercenaries constitute a specific category within international humanitarian law, as they are used in wars and armed conflicts by one party against the other, where they fight with the intention of obtaining financial profit, without their goal being to defend the homeland Or defend a noble goal in war.
However, the character of mercenarism should not be limited to international law only, but this characteristic must be embodied in a more, continuous and developing manner in criminal law, where there is a type of offenders who commit and act in a crime. The main objective of this criminal act is to obtain money, rather the development of crime and the emergence of modern patterns of crime would not have developed without the presence of criminal mercenaries who can commit the most heinous and most dangerous crimes because of their access to money.
From here, my research paper was exposed to the mercenary criminal in criminal law, trying to determine what this criminal is, and his role in committing traditional crimes and in the emergence of modern patterns of crime, to stop at the international and national confrontation of this type of criminals.
