The goal of this paper is to uncover the spatial relationship between slope and spatial distribution of natural pastures in Segrtkan distract, in Northern Iraq by using Gis and RS. Digital elevation model (DEM) with 30 meters resolution was used together with Land sat 7 image of 30 meters resolution. Slope and Aspect maps were derived from the DEM using surface analysis from spatial analysis tools in Arcgis10.6. The entire basin was classified into 6 classes according to Zuidam classification scale. Erdas Imagine 9.1 was used in making the supervised classification to distinguish natural pastures. Slope, Aspect and Pastures was overlaid to produce new map showing the spatial distribution relations among slope, aspect and pastures. The final The results of the study showed that the natural pastures differ according to the degrees of slope, the more they increase the slopes decrease the natural pastures..
