Organizational Virtuousness and its Role in Reinforcing the Organizational Attractiveness

This research aims to investigate the Role of Organizational Virtuousness dimensions (integrity, optimism, trust, and forgiveness) in Reinforcing Organizational Attractiveness, and the Private institutes in Dohuk Governorate was selected to perform the practical field of the research, the sample of research included (47) from the teachers Their number is (77) External teaching staffs, a form of questionnaire was designed In electronic form through (Google Forms) with the help of a set of experts precise specialization in organization Science for data collection, the data were analyzed using several statistical tools. The research concluded some suggestions which are there are a positive significant correlation and effect between Organizational Virtuousness dimensions and Organizational Attractiveness, Finally, this research has come up with a number of Suggestions for the institutes under research which are attracting distinguished visiting teachers in the performance of their duties, Preparing special programs to Reinforcing Organizational Attractiveness, direct them in a positive manner, that would develop the spirit of loyalty and belonging to them at the Institute.
