Moral zakat possesses great importance, through its positive effect on all aspects of life, and enabling the individual with known treatment Its ethical characteristics and management in a way that enables it to be spent correctly and in accordance with the required ethics, but the organizational balance is too late ـقيـق مـسـتـويات عـالـية من الـرضـا الـوظيفـي وتـعـزیز الـسـعـادة الـوظيفية For individuals working in the organization or organization and improving their specific performance and productivity within the organization, this organizational balance refers to the concepts of necessity and importance It helps the society to reach its goals and achieve success, and imbalance within any organization leads to negative feelings and increased cases of dissatisfaction with the society Or the system that leads me to it.
The current research aims to explore the role that ethical intelligence plays in achieving organizational balance, through a pedagogical approach to teaching Duhok University and Salah al-Din and Adult University number (262) individuals Measurements, tests, statistical indicators and the use of program (V.26 SPSS), if the search refers to a set of outputs, which means the existence of high levels of accumulation or accumulation ط What among the variables of the study, the country indicates that the words improve the equations of moral intelligence in research institutions, for example It contributes to improving the equations of organizational balance and the right picture, as I said, providing a number of research institutes for their research institutes, preserving the research institutes for teaching there Analysis on the principles of moral zakaah; However, it is worth the increased commitment and responsibility and performance of the client's obligations to them.
