Abstract

This struggle is a study of the principles of magical realism in Vahel Mohsen's novel Orgasms of a Dragon. As is obviously magical realism is one of the new forms of realism, this method has emerged in a significant way and phenomenon in Latin America, because these countries are some beliefs and traditions specific to their regions. They have been internal and external, poverty and deprivation. Therefore, they resorted to this imaginary and magical method to escape from this terrifying culture and build a world full of myths, dreams and imagination. The purpose of this world is to create freedom, desire, hope. This struggle is an attempt to identify the distinct genres of the magical realism novel in the Kurdish novel of the Bahdinan region and the aim is to identify the principles and characteristics on which the style of the magical realism novel is based. This struggle is divided into two themes: theoretical and practical. The first topic discusses the history, theory and characteristics of the novel of magical realism in a theoretical manner and the second topic discusses the issues that express the novel of magical realism and cause the difference between this novel and other types of novels.
