Abstract

      The process of converting creative ideas into successful business projects capable of growth and development will remain the greatest challenge facing investors in the volatile and volatile business environment, because successful leadership requires, in addition to the availability of reconciliation and funds awareness and entrepreneurial vigilance, because leadership is an integrated process that combines innovation and creativity Carrying risks and searching for opportunities, seizing them and bearing high levels of risk, and the ability to translate the idea into a tangible reality, since contemporary and rapidly changing conditions that organizations are going through at the present time, whether these conditions are political, cultural, social or economic, organizations must respond These conditions and changes in a way that enables them to improve their performance and thus ensure survival and continuity, and creativity is one of the means and requirements that organizations use to achieve success.

     Since the world of industry and business has become knowledge-based, this research aims to find the best factor to create added value and a competitive advantage through which organizations can work better than competitors and overcome them in the field of work, except that this factor is comprehensive creativity at the level of the organization and how the organization manages creativity And that reaching this goal is through awareness and vigilance pioneering in the field of business and it is one of the greatest essential competencies in the organizations in order to ensure survival and continuity and continuous competition and thus waiting for the requirements of total innovation management which is a system for shaping the harmonious creativity between technology, organization and culture with the aim Building efficient innovation in organizations, at the same time it is a very modern and comprehensive style of creativity management to establish a culture of  Innovation in organizations.
