دور الهوية المنظمية في تحقيق الأداء المنظمي المستدام/ دراسة تحليلية لآراء عينة من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كليات جامعة دهوك

الملخص

سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن دور الهوية المنظمية في تحقيق الأداء المنظمي المستدام في جامعة دهوك.  ومن أجل الوصول إلى النتائج المتوخاة من الدراسة، تم الاعتماد على  ادبيات الموضوع  التي تناولت متغيرات الدراسة في بناء الإطارين النظري والمنهجي لها.  وصممت استمارة استبانة لجمع بيانات الجانب الميداني، وشملت عينة الدراسة (452) من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في الجامعة المبحوثة.  بينما جرت عمليات التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات باستخدام البرمجية الإحصائية (SPSS)، وتم حساب عدد من المؤشرات الإحصائية والتي شكلت الأساس في عرض ومناقشة نتائج التحليل الميداني.  خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من الاستنتاجات،  منها وجود علاقات معنوية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الهوية المنظمية  والاداء المنظمي المستدام، كما إن الهوية التنظيمية تؤثر معنوياً في الأداء المنظمي المستدام. تم وضع مجموعة من المقترحات التي ركزت  على ضرورة الاهتمام من قبل القيادات الاكاديمية في الجامعة المبحوثة بابعاد الهوية التنظيمية مجتمعة (المركزية، التميز، والاستمرارية ) من أجل تحقيق الآداء المنظمي المستدام.
