The philosophy of the penal legislator in the face of the danger arising from epidemic diseases

Combating the danger arising from the spread of the (Covid-19 epidemic) caused by the Corona virus is a task entrusted to the penal legislature in the main, because of the effective tools and means that this legislature possesses in the framework of this fight. Damage to public health in general and the lives of individuals in particular. Hence, it was necessary to engage in the criminal confrontation of the danger arising from epidemic diseases, by standing on the legal model for some of the crimes in which the legislator established criminalization on the idea of danger, without waiting for the harm to occur.

- Reservation of Rights
The researcher(s) preserves all intellectual property rights (except for the one transferred to the publisher under this Agreement).
- Researcher’s guarantee
The researcher(s) hereby guarantees that the content of the paper/article is original. It has been submitted only to the Academic Journal of Nawroz University and has not been previously published by any other party.
