Factors affecting the level of hotel services (Applied study on hotels in Duhok)

The marketing of hotel services in the Kurdistan Region is a complex process because of the variety of services provided directly and indirectly in many sectors. Many countries have begun to give serious attention to the marketing of hotel services through the construction of hotels, restaurants and tourist resorts and the development of infrastructure related to hotel services in the field of transport technology And the development of specialized technical cadres capable of managing, organizing and developing the hotel sector, in addition to the complexity of relations between hotels and customers, despite the advanced technologies and technology that enable them to access information with better capabilities than it was The case in the past. And one of the most important objectives reached by the research is to clarify the concept of marketing services and their importance.
And the role of the public and private sector in financing them and the definition of hotel service, its importance, its foundations and its effects on local and national development, and the study of Duhok governorate in terms of its location, nature, visitor density and level of services provided to it.
The results of the study showed a number of conclusions and recommendations such as weak working staff, limited tourism services, weak and limited relations with customers, lack of use of electronic networks, lack of use of modern technologies, lack of complementary services in hotels, and a range of suggestions such as emphasizing the use of electronic networks in work Hotels, and the need to work to fill the shortage of staff, and the need to develop tourism activities for hotels, work on the allocation of a special department for customer affairs, the development of investment work in the hotel industry, and the need to benefit from international expertise and Emphasis on training and development and the development of transport services to customers process.
The activities of hotels are now important industries, and their progress, expansion and development are growing very rapidly. They reflect the cultural, social and cultural advancement of the peoples of the earth as a dynamic human activity with cultural, social, economic and political dimensions. The various countries of the world have realized the importance of this sector in its various aspects, in addition to the humanitarian aspects and the value of international relations. The economic aspect is almost the most important aspect. Tourism plays an important role in economic development as well as its contribution to increasing national income as well as its role in bringing regional economic levels closer together.
