حل التناقض بين الاستغلال والاستكشاف (معالجة نظرية)

سعت الدراسة الحالية الى محاولة تقصي الاختلاف بين مفهوم الاستكشاف و الاستغلال و سبب التناقض بينهما بالاضافة الى محاولة ايجاد حل لهذا التناقض من خلال طرح مفاهيم فكرية و معالجة نظرية عن طريق بيان المفهمومين و كيفية التوائم بينهما او حتى ربطهما عن طريق البراعة التنظيميةو التي تعتبر محاولة لحل هذا التناقض،و ذلك من اجل الخروج بمنطلقات فكرية و سبل لمعالجة الاشكالات لدى المنظمات من خلال بيان الية معينة تطرحها الدراسة لكيفية الاستفادة من المفهومين و ليس احدهما على حساب الاخر.
وتم التوصل الى عدد من الاستنتاجات اهمها أن التوازن بين الاستغلال والاستكشاف يمثل تحدياً صعباً للغاية في المنظمات التي تعاني النقص في الموارد والقدرات والخبرة اللازمة.
كما و توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من التوصيات تمثلت بعدم الاستغراق طويلا في حل التناقض لدى الحكومة و كيفية اختيار احدهما ،انما ايجاد طريقة لحل التناقض و استخدام الامثل او الاثنين معا.
