Humanitarian intervention in both Iraq and Libya

The principle of international humanitarian intervention is one of the principles that has sparked doctrinal and legal controversy, and great discussions at the practical level, due to its being one of the modern principles that emerged with the development and change in the modularity of the international system, and the fundamental changes that have known international relations. The adoption of the principle of international humanitarian intervention also created a clear contradiction with the traditional principles of international relations, such as the principle of sovereignty and the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of states, which caused widespread controversy, especially for the countries mentioned in this research, which made the principle of international humanitarian intervention subject to identification in terms of the concept and criteria approved for its application. .

- Reservation of Rights
The researcher(s) preserves all intellectual property rights (except for the one transferred to the publisher under this Agreement).
- Researcher’s guarantee
The researcher(s) hereby guarantees that the content of the paper/article is original. It has been submitted only to the Academic Journal of Nawroz University and has not been previously published by any other party.
