The impact and assessment of the human capital indicator for economic growth in Iraq (using form solo) for the period (1990-2015)

The study of Economic growth needs to consider the role of human capital, its development methods and the means to develop it, because all forms of capital derive its value and effectiveness from the human mind. This makes human capital the main determinant of economic growth.
The study aims to shed light on the social and economic returns of human capital development through expenditure on education. The study assumes positive behavior for the development of human capital in economic growth. The study deals with the development of human capital and economic growth, - Growth to achieve the impact of human capital development in production as for economic growth through education expenditure. Annual data were used from 1990 to 20015. The empirical results showed positive correlation with the theory of economy And concluded that the development of human capital is a key determinant of long-term growth, and adequate funds must be made available to finance education at all levels and to spend on R & D.
