Consumer Protection Against The Rising Prices Of Imported Medicines / A Survey Of The Views Of A Sample Of Citizens ,Pharmacists And Pharmacies Owners In Dohuk Governorate

This study sought to reveal the reasons behind the continuing rise in imported medicine prices, despite numerous attempts by the government authorities to control and oversight of these medications rates, but we still see a clear difference in prices, always the Drug Centers owners and pharmacies causes a different origin or manufacturer, and rising prices of imported drugs is not linked to a period of time and ends, but he endures constant and in the end the citizen (the patient), forced to buy those medicines. The study came up with three conclusions of the first of weaknesses in the oversight of pharmaceutical marketing and the second fluctuations in foreign currency rates and the third marketing imported medicines policy failure was the most important reasons behind the rise in imported medicine prices and the study concluded a fundamental conclusion: that resorting to the importation of such drugs in dollars (as most currency stable) would bring us a lot of advantages the most important of the unification of the pricing of imported drugs to the private sector. .

- Reservation of Rights
The researcher(s) preserves all intellectual property rights (except for the one transferred to the publisher under this Agreement).
- Researcher’s guarantee
