Strategic Intelligence and its impact on Achieving the Competitive Advantage (Service Quality) An exploratory study in Telecommunication Companies in Jordan

This study aimed to investigate the impact of strategic intelligence for managers through (foresight, visioning and motivating) in achieving competitive advantage in telecommunication companies in Jordan.
To achieve that, the researcher designed questionnaire included (30) items، to gather preliminary information from the study sample، which consisted of (74) members of staff at the top and middle management levels in telecommunication companies in Jordan، also has been collecting and analyzing data and testing hypotheses using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS).
Several statistical methods have been used to achieve the objectives of this study such as: (Cronbach Alpha) coefficient means averages and standard deviations. The study found a number of results, most notably:
- There was statistical significant effect of strategic intelligence (foresight، visioning، motivating) to achieve competitive advantage ( quality of service) in telecommunication companies in Jordan at the level of significance (a£05 ).
