The current research holds it the perceptions of theory and other applied contribute to expand the circle of thought and consideration to the idea of reality of governance as part of the movement of knowledge woos towards lay the foundations to build appropriate mechanisms to focus on the unique competencies and value and then work on investment, and generally tries to find the answer to the question : What's the availability dimensions of the reality of governance for the Douok municipalities?
The conclusions showed availability of land the cognitive and process to basic components of the reality of governance arranged by their importance where occupied such as follow:1-response 2-responsiplity3- participation4-trend towards building coherence in views 5-competency and efficiency6-strategic vision7-trancperancy8-justice and equality9-enhancing law authority. Depending on that made a number of recommendations including: In spite of the importance diagnosis of the core reality of governance, but the most important is to work to sustain and care for these dimensions.
Hoping to provide a modest add contribution in making reality of governance more interested ,investment and take care of the reality of governance, and in a form that makes it a performance more of a edge and distinctive that its now.

- The Academic Journal of Nawroz University reserves all rights to publish research papers/articles issued under a “Creative Commons License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction of the paper/article by any means, provided that the original work is correctly cited.
- Reservation of Rights
The researcher(s) preserves all intellectual property rights (except for the one transferred to the publisher under this Agreement).
